Data we process

• Contact and quote form: full name, company, email, phone / WhatsApp, country / market, business type, products of interest and your message.
• Security: your IP address, browser details and the time of the request when you send the form.
• Preferences: your cookie choice, stored only in your own browser.

Purposes

• Answering your request, preparing quotes and conducting business discussions.
• Planning wholesale, distribution and supply.
• Keeping the sites and the form secure and preventing abuse.
• Meeting our legal obligations.

Legal grounds

We process your data because it is necessary to establish a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), to meet our legal obligations (5/2-ç) and for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (5/2-f). We ask for your explicit consent for transfers abroad and for map cookies.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it only as needed with the providers we use:

• Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA), the servers the sites run on.
• Inquiry alerts: Telegram (servers abroad), so our sales team sees your request at once.
• Map: Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), loaded only if you allow it.

Transfers abroad

As these providers' servers are outside Türkiye, the transfer relies on the explicit consent you give in the form (KVKK Art. 9). Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for at most 2 years after the discussion ends; if a business relationship begins, the periods required by law apply. Security logs are kept briefly and then deleted.

Cookies

Our sites use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Your language is kept in the page address. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie.

The Google map on the contact pages loads only with your consent; once loaded, Google may use its own cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may:

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred.
• Ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected.
• Ask for your data to be erased or destroyed under KVKK Art. 7.
• Ask that corrections and erasures are notified to those it was transferred to.
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
